Beach Attendant Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa

Boucher Brothers is immediately hiring for a Beach Attendant for our Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa.. The ideal candidates will gain experience in customer service, be able to work in a team environment, develop great communication skills, and have opportunities for growth and advancement.
Beach Attendant Responsibilities:

Set up beach equipment and prep beach area
Fold towels in morning and set up towel/water station
Welcome guests to the beach and consistently offer professional, friendly, engaging service
Assist guests with lounge chairs, umbrellas, beds, and/or cabanas around the beach
Follow company policies and procedures
Oversee the general cleanliness and upkeep of the beach area
Will report to the Beach Manager
Other duties as assigned

Pool/Beach Attendant Skills Required:

Previous experience in customer service
Highly responsible and reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Enjoy dealing with the public
Great verbal communication skills
Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States

Physical Aspects of the Pool/Beach Attendant role:

Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Able to work in outdoor weather conditions

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
