The work:
The Business Analyst will develop a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements and applies industry best practices/detailed digital platform knowledge to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds the functional requirements. You will work hand in hand with customer stakeholders to define business processes and requirements, as well as support the development team to translate the vision of the customer's requirements and help with configuration of the solution. You will also participate in the planning and execution of testing efforts.

Here's what you need:

Experience with requirements gathering and decomposition, business and/or system and process design, hands on user testing in software development
Experience working in an agile environment (preferred, SAFe)
Bachelor's Degree

Bonus Points if you have:

Experience working on enterprise-scale information technology projects
Experience with change management and/or stakeholder management
Experience working with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
Ability to function in a fast-paced collaborative environment and work independently
