The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.
You’ll play an important role in:
- conducting market research including price data, identifying new requests for proposal (RFPs), and tracking wind and solar market trends.
- preparing RFP responses for utility and corporate PPAs ensuring our proposals are competitive and aligned with market demands
- reviewing contracts identifying key terms for internal stakeholder and legal review
- coordinating with teams internally for presentations and RFP responses, including finance, risk, asset management, energy assessment and legal
- coordinating with internal project stakeholders to communicate important development risks and financial metrics.
- have a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or equivalent experience in field related to energy, environment, sustainability, finance, economics, engineering, public policy or other related disciplines by September 2, 2025
- have interest in learning more about energy markets, particularly onshore wind and solar
- have great interpersonal skills to collaborate with individuals internally and externally
- have solid oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create written proposals and presentations
- have flexibility to take on new projects and willingness to adapt existing skills and knowledge to meet organizational needs.
