Guild is hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager. As a Campaign Manager, you will execute strategic B2B marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns aligned with company goals. Create strategies that drive engagement, generate qualified leads, and support sales efforts.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Contribute insights to analyzing campaign performance. Leverage data to optimize campaign performance towards continued improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, content, design, digital, and marketing operations teams to develop and execute cohesive campaign strategy, messaging, and content across channels.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling content for various channels, including email, social media, webinars, and digital ads. Ensure content is optimized for lead generation and audience engagement.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform campaign strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
Required Competencies:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience managing budgets and working with external vendors
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $105,000-$127,500 and variable (bonus) eligibility, as well as company stock options.
