Key responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns aligned with company goals. Create strategies that drive engagement, generate qualified leads, and support sales efforts.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Data-Driven Insights: Contribute insights to analyzing campaign performance. Leverage data to optimize campaign performance towards continued improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, content, design, digital, and marketing operations teams to develop and execute cohesive campaign strategy, messaging, and content across channels.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling content for various channels, including email, social media, webinars, and digital ads. Ensure content is optimized for lead generation and audience engagement.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform campaign strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Required Competencies:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
- Understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Experience managing budgets and working with external vendors
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
