Schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities: What are the care requirements of this client?

• Transportation
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Bathing/Dressing
• Toileting
• Medication Reminders
• Basic hygiene needs

Notes: Client has age related memory issues and will need assistance with tasks around the house.
Requirements: What is required from you?

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid ID or Driver’s License
• Must be reliable
• CNA
• Memory Care Experience
