• Collect and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for various business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to drive insights and recommendations.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and checks.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in an understandable manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Strong experience in Share Point development and customization.
• Experience with data migration tools such as Sharegate.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools for creating actionable dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Knowledge of High-Performance Computing (HPC) systems and support for end-users.
• Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and modeling using tools like Snowflake, Qlik, and Salesforce Datorama.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
