o complete a variety of specialized duties that support the functional operations related to transportation department.K

- esponds to inquiries in area of responsibility.C
- ollects data/information for Transportation Department use in special projects or reports.U
- pdates information and reports typically on the computer.C
- hecks information for accuracy.P
- repares form letters in response to employee issues.A
- nswers Transportation Department phones as needed and routes to appropriate area.R
- eviews information/data and makes decisions within defined guidelines, parameters, and instruction.E
- xamines and prioritizes documents to determine work to be completed or best course of action.C
- ollects information for specific department reports.C
- reates and maintains complex reports.S
- orts, files and maintains invoices, receipts, contracts, or other special department documents.C
- ompiles minor statistical data C
- ompletes keyboarding projects such preparing correspondence and mailings.A
- ssists with payroll reporting of time and submittal of hours.C
- hecks own work for accuracy.C
- oordinates special programs and/or events.
