The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Simulation Technology Specialist, Academic Affairs Department, Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine [ R0144346 ]
ROLE of the POSITION
The position of the Skills Lab specialist will supervise students/residents in skills practice, demonstration simulation, and remediation. This position will maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment, ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA standards of safety rules and regulations. Set up and break down skills lab simulations. Assist with biomedical skills including human and animal tissue. Coordinate labs with faculty and staff. Obtaining quotes for supplies relevant to simulation activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and 3 years of experience. Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date.

SALARY RANGE
Salary competitive with those at similarly situated institutions. Position is contingent upon funding.
