Key Responsibilities:

• Your day-to-day activities will involve providing technical support for hardware, Office 365 (O365), and Windows 365 (W365) environments.
• The role involves troubleshooting hardware issues, managing and maintaining Office 365 and Windows 365 systems, and providing end-user support.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of desktop and laptop hardware, software applications, and cloud-based services.
• You will be analyzing and designing new business processes to create documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies.
• You will partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring they align with process and functional requirements.
• Additionally, you will participate in user and task analysis to accurately represent the business needs.
• Ensure alignment of product requirements with process and functional requirements.

Work location: 100% onsite in Memphis, TN

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of Desktop Support experience
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Freight and logistics experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
