The Program Manager, Digital Advertising will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, strong project and program management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact advertising programs.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing projects, ensuring they align with client goals and agency standards.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, technical, and strategic) to deliver high-quality services.
- Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics to clients.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Educate clients on digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and training sessions to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure optimal project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to secure necessary resources and support.
- Manage client specific program budgets, tracking, and reporting.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and strategic members. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members have the resources and information needed to succeed.
- Track and analyze program performance using various metrics and analytics tools. Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes and ROI and partner with Sales and Digital Advertising teams to present results to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact program success.
- Address any issues or challenges promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Partner with Sales and Digital Advertising teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies for clients. Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and data analysis. Partner with sales and Digital Advertising teams Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Continuously evaluate and improve program processes and methodologies. Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, program management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in client relationship management and/or program management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot, SEMrush).
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Digital advertising agency and/or marketing experience.

IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT:
Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportunities to work with their teams regularly for professional development opportunities. Our flexible hybrid work environment requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office (~1-hour commute). You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 30/40 days/quarter.
