Overview:
Starting from $80,000 - 120,000 annually; Pay is based on experience, and qualifications etc.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Hospitality Director provides strategic direction for their restaurant. We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven leader to direct and lead our restaurant's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties for the Business Director will include allocating budget resources, creating restaurant policies, coordinating business operations, developing and inspiring team members, managing operational costs, creating great customer service, administration processes and tasks, working with vendors, hiring and training team members, identifying business opportunities, and managing IPO. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in leading business functions will assist our organization in building relationships with our guests, growing sales, increasing team member engagement, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AREAS OF FOCUS:

Team & Guest Experience: Hospitality and caring for others should bring you joy. This role requires you to care for others, and be good at it. The primary concern of the Hospitality Director is that guests leave happy, and the team goes home safe and happy at the end of the night. - Business Acumen: In the role of Hospitality Director you will be responsible for setting business objectives to hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. You will use various reports and business tools that include: IPO, Staffing tools, Sales forecasting, labor data, customer surveys, etc. to understand and close any gaps in business performance.
- Operations: We are in the restaurant business, and we are here to serve. Servant oriented leaders who are comfortable with cleaning bathrooms, serve guests on register, filet and bread chicken, and ultimately work alongside restaurant team members in every capacity is a part of our restaurant culture and DNA. The Hospitality Director is meant to have a certain level of operational understanding and mastery to be able to make creative and effective leadership decisions for the restaurant and team.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred not required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to adapt to new software quickly
- Must be able to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 plus years of previous food service, or other hospitality related career.
- Experience in Sourcing, Training, and Developing leadership teams
- Understanding of local, state, and Federal Labor Laws
- Entrepreneurial mindset/skills
- Has excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work alongside local public officials
- Experience in system/process creation
- Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
- Comfortable accepting feedback and willingness to improve
- Ability to set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action
- Experience in performance management through key data measures and team member development
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 10 hour shifts
