Founded in 2003, Frontline Response began with a heart for the frontlines – always seeking to find a need and meet it. Since incorporating in 2006, Frontline Response has assisted nearly 1,500 victims out of sex trafficking and transitioned over 1,000 men, women, and children out of homelessness. In 2018, the organization added youth prevention to its mission and has provided prevention programming to more than 600 youth facing adversity in overlooked communities throughout Metro Atlanta
JOB SUMMARY
The goal of Frontline Response’s Anti-Sex Trafficking Department, Out of Darkness, is to provide holistic, individualized, and trauma-informed care to adult victims of commercial sexual exploitation through a seamless continuum of services, including outreach, jail mentorship, 24- hour hotline services, safe home services, and long-term program placement. Frontline Response is poised to respond to crisis situations, efficiently coordinate the care needed for stabilization, and make connections to long-term care on behalf of victims.
The Anti-Trafficking Dispatch Manager is primarily responsible for responding to all signals (call, text, chat, online tips, and email) on the Hotline and conducting case follow-up. This primary task occupies 75-100% of the workday.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to signals from victims and survivors, service providers, law enforcement, government, professionals, and community members in accordance with Hotline protocols;
- Strategize responses to signals, including crisis contacts, requests for referrals, and requests for training and technical assistance, using relevant protocols and databases;
- Support the Hotline team through the completion of projects that are necessary to National Hotline function, as assigned by supervisor.

Required Qualifications
- Must have a personal cellular device;
- Stable and secure internet connectivity required;

- Able and willing to work an alternative schedule including overnight shifts
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation and creative problem-solving;
- Experience, competence, and confidence working independently and as part of a team;
- Experience working in multicultural environments;
- Demonstrated passion for social justice and human rights
- Practical and/or academic knowledge of the anti-trafficking movement in the United States;
- Highly professional with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong focus on direct and open communication with the ability to transition easily between diverse communication styles on and off the hotline;
- Excellent writing and analytical skills;
- Demonstrated comfort with using technology;
- Demonstrated appropriate decisiveness and creative problem-solving when making decisions regarding next steps for cases;
- Ability to follow directions, manage time, work well under pressure, and maintain composure during stressful situations;
- Comfort and sensitivity when working with survivors of severe forms of exploitation;
- Resiliently positive and energetic attitude;
- Ability to hear, read and analyze data that can be characterized as sensitive and often includes details of traumatic events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Accredited certificate demonstrating Spanish/English bilingual proficiency.
Communication
- Internal: Ability to communicate with supervisors and peers;
- External: Ability to respond quickly and calmly in alarming situations. Frequent contact with law enforcement, service providers, and government agencies
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment;
- Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate in writing, in person and by phone;
