Primary Function: Efficiently manage daily operations at material production plant, including logistics coordination, order processing, transaction handling, and communication with customers to ensure timely material pickup.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Check in/out all trucks picking up/dropping off material at the plant
Take all telephone/fax orders for the current and next day’s production
Record time for plant personnel
Coordinate with customers for timely pick-up of materials
Processing of all cash, check, and credit card transactions on a daily basis
Prepare daily reports of plant production and send out via email

Required Education & Experience:

High School diploma (or equivalent) preferred
Proficient in computer systems and software essential for production and dispatch coordination
Skilled in managing concurrent projects with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
Exceptional communication abilities, adept at conveying information across all organizational levels
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills, fostering effective teamwork and productivity
In-depth knowledge of company products, policies, and operational procedures

Preferred Education & Experience:

3-5 years of dispatching experience, ideally within an asphalt plant or similar material production facility.
