Matador Distributing, LLCis the 3rdlargest distributor in the United States. It began operations in March 2000 in Atlanta, GA. Georgia warehouse locations include Atlanta, Conyers, Lawrenceville, Byron, and Cartersville. In addition, the North Carolina warehouse is located in Asheville. Matador operates108 routesthat service over8,000 customers throughout Atlanta Metro, rural Georgia, Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Asheville, North Carolina with a team of 200+ employees and counting.

The District Support Manager (DSM) function role is to coach, train and support the sales initiatives andprovides coverage for Account Managers during vacation, sick leave or any special projects as needed. District Support Managers will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales,merchandising and operations for all large & small formatted off premise stores.

Responsibilities:
Coach and train Field Support Specialists and Account Managers and cover their routes whenneeded
Monitor competitor activities including new product launches and price reductions
Achieve monthly KPIs in the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts,and merchandising
Bring a sense of urgency and commitment along with desire to get things done
Maintain a high level of communication across the Matador team
Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
Build and protect the Red Bull brand

Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent management and leadership skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask and complete work while traveling.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Organized with attention to detail.
Prior sales experience
Good mathematical skills
Knowledge of beverage market preferred

Education and Experience:
Associate degree in related field preferred.
Three years experience in a similar support role required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel as necessary.
Valid drivers license and no major driving violations.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
