Duties, Responsibilities & Other:

KCI Technologies is hiring motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of experienced engineers and project managers, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of civil, environmental, and construction engineering projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.
Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and monitor project progress.
Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
Perform calculations and analyses to support project designs.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Participate in project meetings and provide input on engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Support the preparation of project proposals and cost estimates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
EIT certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., Auto CAD, Civil 3D, Revit).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or co-op experience in the civil, environmental, or construction industry.
Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
Knowledge of sustainable design and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required. Appropriate professional certification preferred.
Minimum of 0-2 year's experience.
