Family Assistant/Housekeeper - Part Time Live in - Dallas, TX

A family in Dallas is looking for a flexible housekeeper, family assistant with light nanny duties. They're looking for someone who is open to helping with keeping their home tidy, assistant tasks as needed, and help with the kids when they're with mom. They would also like someone is available for overnights 3-4 times a week. The family is open to someone who's open to learning, and who can handle a variety of personal and family assistant tasks. The role will also include as needed child care every other weekend, and during holidays.
The assistant will work with other staff to plan out the schedule and overnight shifts. You will be paid an hourly rate, plus a set overnight rate. A private sleeping room is provided. The pay rate is $22-24/hr based on experience.
Responsibilities:

Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and laundry to ensure a clean and tidy living space.
Organize and manage household inventory, groceries, and supplies to meet family needs.
Assist with meal preparation
Provide light childcare support
Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and other tasks as required.
Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for the family members at all times
Work alongside staff to keep home managed and organized

Qualifications:

3+ years of previous experience supporting families
CPR/First Aid Certification up to date
Organizational and time-management skills
Reliable transportation and car insurance
Adhere to and pass a background check
3 professional references
Legally authorized to work in the United States
A smart phone along with basic computer and technology skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to lead and organize household projects
Prior experience in a similar live-in role is preferred
Experience with light meal preparation and support for family meals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
Schedule:

Day shift
Evening shift
Overnight shift
