• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Availability to work extended hours, as well as evenings and weekends
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• High degree of attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Mechanical aptitude and prior farm experience would be considered an asset
• Ability to work typical 12–14-hour days sometimes in adverse weather conditions
• Must be legally entitled to work full-time in the United States (You must hold a valid U.S. citizenship, permanent resident status, or work permit.)
