Dallas Johnson Greenhouses is the 15th largest greenhouse operation in the United States, and we are adding to our team of dynamic growers. We are looking for motivated, dependable, detail oriented, people who want to elevate their careers. You will be responsible for growing top quality plants in accordance with production parameters and product specifications.
Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for aspects of growing to include watering, fertilizing, and spraying.
• Maintain plant health to meet Dallas Johnson Greenhouse standards.
• Work independently and perform work in accordance with team and company goals.
• Monitor plant development to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size, and the existence of pests or disease; removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards.
• Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets and OSHA policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Work 40 hours in a five day week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Seven day work weeks required during the peak season, March to July each year.
