Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to develop a career in HR by gaining insight into various HR functions. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting with recruitment, data analysis, employee benefits maintenance, and a range of projects and cultural initiatives that enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze HR-related data to generate insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Employee Benefits Maintenance: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate on HR projects, including welfare programs, cultural initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • HR Operations: Provide general support for day-to-day HR operations, contributing to an organized and efficient HR department.
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Interest in HR processes, employee relations, and organizational culture
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (preferred but not required)
