Job Description
Bent On is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packing & Kitchen Helper to support our packaging and kitchen operations. This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient production of meal kits through accurate packing and assisting in kitchen tasks. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, the ability to follow instructions, and be a team player.
- Packing Operations: Accurately pack meal kits, ensuring all items are included and presented neatly.
- Quality Control: Check products for quality, freshness, and correct labeling before packing.
- Kitchen Support: Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, washing vegetables, and organizing ingredients.
- Sanitation & Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and packing areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Assistance: Help monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the manager.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Provide assistance to other departments as needed to support overall production efficiency.
- No experience required. We welcome applicants with or without prior experience.
- Must be available to work 8 hours or more on weekends.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- Flexible with shifts, including early mornings and weekends as needed.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Compensation will be flexible and adjusted based on experience and immediate contribution to the team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
