Summary of Duties:
To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff. Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner. Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input.

Qualifications: Therapist Job Requirements:

• Masters degree in counseling related.
• Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW)
• Successful completion of BLS and First Aid Certification within 30 days of employment
• Succsessful completion of Verbal De-Escalation Training, within 30 days of employment
• Experince working within a IOP and PHP Program
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
