LMF Commercial, LLC (“LMF”) is seeking a Vice President to join the CMBS Underwriting and Originations Team. LMF is a subsidiary of Lennar (NYSE: LEN), one of the largest homebuilders in the United States. Having several platforms, LMF is responsible for originating and securitizing commercial real estate loans ranging in size from $2-100 million. LMF is a vertically integrated, leading non-bank originator and contributors of CMBS loans. LMF is a growing company and is an excellent opportunity for new and/or recent graduates to work as real estate finance professional.

The position will be responsible for procuring new prospective loan opportunities from Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Bankers and Property Owners for LMF.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

Source and procure new prospective loan opportunities from mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, and property owners for LMF to make fixed rate loans eligible for CMBS securitizations.
Find loan opportunities, secure the prospective loans through the loan application process, and then help to oversee the process of underwriting, closing, and securitizing the loans.

Requirements

3-5 years loan origination or loan origination related experience along with strong credit skills.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $153,116.70 - $189,158, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.

This position may be eligible for bonuses.
This position may be eligible for commissions.
This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
