Loyalty Analyst, Partner Program
Pleasanton

- Manage day to day interaction with partners including marketing requests, troubleshooting issues as they come up, and pitching new opportunities to grow the program.
- Manage multi-million-dollar co-funded marketing program including agency management, budgeting and partner approvals.
- Create reports and presentations including Quarterly Partner Review presentations that highlight key business indicators and performance.
- Develop strong relationships with both internal and external teams to execute needle moving new ideas.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic projects and measure marketing effectiveness
- Communicate business performance in a clear and insightful way to the business to facilitate timely and informed decision making.
- Contribute to the overall development of strategic partnership plans for current and potential loyalty partners.
- Support loyalty partnership development plans, and process improvements for the team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Account Management, Loyalty Partner Marketing, or Marketing
- Highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for understanding the business implications of analytical results.
- Proficient in using Excel, and Power Point for data manipulation, analysis, and charting.
- Experience with a Loyalty fuel reward program preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building long term relationships and the resolve and skill to turn a “no” into a “maybe” into a “yes.”
- Have a result-oriented approach, ability to problem solve and work efficiently within deadlines, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to frame problems, use data to simplify and quantify impact, evaluate implications, and communicate insights.
- Flexible self-starter who flourishes in a dynamic, matrixed environment; must be able to work with minimal direction and be highly collaborative
