‎ :

What you’ll do as a Fleet Manager

Develops schedules and procedures for and ensures adherence to routine
maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company’s fleet.
Collaborates with supervisors and staff to manage and reduce expenses such as
those for fuel and labor costs.
Establishes a schedule for recommended replacement of fleet vehicles.
Drafts and presents reports on department operations and expenses.
Enforces procedures, policies, and safety protocols for all fleet services.
Manages RAIR program.
Administers the departmental budget.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Perform other duties as assigned

‎ :

What you’ll need

To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus
Five years of experience in fleet maintenance or repair with two years in a supervisory role required
Valid driver’s license
Extensive knowledge and understanding of fleet management and operations.
Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prepare and adhere to a budget and to monitor and reduce expenses.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers and copier

Physical abilities & exposures

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Salary Range $75,000-$90,000.
