‎ :

• Develops schedules and procedures for and ensures adherence to routine
  maintenance and non-routine repair of all vehicles in the company’s fleet.
  
• Collaborates with supervisors and staff to manage and reduce expenses such as
  those for fuel and labor costs.
  
• Establishes a schedule for recommended replacement of fleet vehicles.
  
• Drafts and presents reports on department operations and expenses.
  
• Enforces procedures, policies, and safety protocols for all fleet services.
  
• Manages RAIR program.
  
• Administers the departmental budget.
  
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  
• Perform other duties as assigned

‎ :

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus
• Five years of experience in fleet maintenance or repair with two years in a supervisory role required
• Valid driver’s license
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of fleet management and operations.
• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and adhere to a budget and to monitor and reduce expenses.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers and copier

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
