Marketing Communications Specialist

Kosciusko REMC is seeking a full-time Marketing and Communications Specialist to lead our content creation and communication initiatives. In this role, you'll write for blogs, social media, video scripts, podcasts, press releases, and our magazine while also designing graphics and printed materials. You'll manage social media channels, ensure consistent messaging, and plan key events.
We're looking for a dependable team player with strong writing, editing, graphic design, and social media skills, along with excellent organizational abilities and a creative mindset. WAGE RANGE: $28.51 - $32.80
REQUIREMENTS:
· A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with hands-on experience in written communications, digital marketing, and graphic design work can be an excellent fit.
· The ability to accurately assess the organization's communications needs and effectively relay information positively, clearly, and concisely.
· Able to organize, prioritize, and complete work with accuracy, attention to detail, and a high level of business acumen.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Exhibit high learning agility, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
· You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.51 - $32.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
