This warehousing position earns a competitive wage of $1,227.76 to $1,388.80 per week. Our team also receives a health and welfare benefit of an additional $4.22/hour for the first 40 hours worked each week (included in the posted weekly rate.). A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MATERIALS FIELD COORDINATOR
As a Materials Field Coordinator, you provide crucial support to our trades personnel by coordinating the delivery of all the supplies they need to complete various construction projects. Based on planned work and current inventory, you create material and equipment resupply lists. Once the orders are placed, you track, receive, and store incoming materials, ensuring they arrive in a timely manner and organizing them efficiently so they are ready to use when needed. You work with a cargo tracking system (CTS) to monitor cargo processes, assisting with cargo re-palletization for airlifts as necessary.
For individual construction projects, you work with the department responsible to determine what equipment is necessary. Then, you coordinate all of the logistics involved in transporting the necessary supplies to the job site. With efficiency in mind, you constantly explore new approaches to our inventory management system and innovative ways of improving our processes. You enjoy overcoming the unique challenges involved with cargo transport and warehousing in a remote Arctic environment!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MATERIALS FIELD COORDINATOR

2+ years of experience in inventory or supply control, including warehousing, issuing and receiving stock, and maintaining inventory management systems
Ability to use Microsoft Excel and a proprietary CTS software to track, receive, and document cargo movement
Valid driver's license
United States passport

Completion of accredited OSHA training courses is preferred. Experience in a remote, cold, or polar environment would be a plus! We also prefer some experience with cargo handling, general construction, and inventory management computer systems. Can you work efficiently in a high-pressure environment? WORK SCHEDULE FOR A MATERIALS FIELD COORDINATOR
This seasonal job has a 54-hour workweek and may work varied schedules of up to 12+ hours per day.
