We are a growing medical company specializing in sales and service to hospitals, clinics, and centers across the United States. We are in search of an office manage/assistant and can handle many of the day to day tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Provide operations support for the service department. Duties include, but not limited to, dispatching technicians, schedule service calls and maintenance, source new parts and supplies, document each service, tracking upcoming services, and work with team members in shop to improve productivity and processes.
Qualifications:

• Proven 2 to 5 years comparable work experience
• The position requires a person who is detail oriented, takes initiative, and is motivated to complete tasks timely.
• Proficient computer skills: Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), working knowledge of database management, basic accounting principles and internet-based systems.
• Providing bookkeeping support. Working knowledge of Quick Books is a plus.
• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse clientele in a respectful, friendly and professional manner, with a professional appearance.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, have sound judgement, with experience handling sensitive and confidential situations.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• This is a flexible position, but preference would be Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am-4:00 pm.
