The Operations Supervisor I oversees operations of several functions or processes within FCRA COE.
Depth & Scope:

• Supervises, develops, coaches and motivates assigned team
• Ensures service and productivity standards are met
• Supports and assists with the implementation of company policies, procedures and practices
• Researches and resolves issues that cross several areas of operations and other areas of the company
• May participate in cross-functional project teams and task groups, including those in support of conversion activities
Verifies accuracy and completeness of assigned staff's work, identifies and addresses training opportunities as appropriate

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
• 3-5 Years of related experience
• Prior leadership experience
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others
• Proven ability to provide conflict resolution
• Strong ability to successfully balance competing priorities in a fast paced environment
• Proven analytical skills with ability to identify problems and implement solutions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with ability to successfully influence others
• Excellent Customer service and computer skills
• Must be available to work flexible hours determined by the needs of the department
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles, policy, and practices related to assigned department

Preferred Qualifications:

• RCS experience
• TSYS experience
• E-Oscar experience
