Who We Are
What You'll Do
-
Perform general maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities
-
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
-
Troubleshoot issues with lighting, plumbing, appliances, HVAC systems
-
Paint, carpentry, and basic renovation projects
-
Monitor building systems including electrical, mechanical and fire/life safety
-
Perform preventive maintenance duties and inspections
-
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materials
-
Provide excellent customer service to resolve maintenance issues
Qualifications
-
General Maintenance Eng 1:1-2+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required
-
General Maintenance Eng 2: 3+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required
-
General Maintenance Eng 3: 5+ years maintenance experience in hospitality required
-
Strong competency with maintenance tools/equipment
-
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
-
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-
Excellent communication skills and customer service focus
