We are The Lash Lounge, the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PT Front Desk Associate for our Paoli salon to cover primarily evening and weekend shifts. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a sales focus, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Increase membership sales and retail sales.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
• Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and enhance customer experience.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills - Salon Experience Preferred
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong sales focus and willingness to up-sell and promote memberships
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong phone skills
• Must be available evenings and weekends
