What you'll do:

• Identify and source candidates for leadership roles across Teamshares network companies, primarily using Linked In Recruiter.
• Pursue and leverage both internal and external referrals, ensuring follow-through to identify strong talent pipelines.
• Employ innovative strategies to discover and engage top talent, thinking creatively to expand our reach.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 year in recruiting or sourcing is preferred, with an emphasis on creative sourcing methods (experience can be developed on the job).

• Tools: Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
