• Part-time Couples Therapist
• Part-time EMDR Therapist

While Couples/Family and EMDR are not the only modality or population the respective therapist may use and see, it is planned to be their primary specialty. We are seeking dedicated individuals for these part-time positions. We have the possibility to transition over time to a full-time position.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed Masters Degree
• Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.
• Eligible to work in the United States and commute to location
• Possesses foundational knowledge of clinical skills, treatment approaches, and treatment planning
• High degree of professionalism and ethics
• Excellent time management skills
• Applicant must pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience after residency (or equivalent for LCSWs) preferred

Preferred Qualifications for Couples Therapist

• Gottman Certified Training preferred
• EFT Training a plus
• Prepare/Enrich Facilitator Certification a plus

Preferred Qualifications for EMDR Therapist

• EMDRIA trained (for EMDR position)
• IFS Trained

Responsibilities

• Administer intake and assessment, deliver interventions, monitor progress, and document accordingly
• Maintain required client contact and confidentiality
• Maintain good standing with the appropriate professional licensing board
• Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations
• Stay current with updated research and best practices
• Maintain up to date case files within our electronic health record (EHR) system
• Contribute to company publications as needed
• Assist in client communication
