+ The Role
Our People Business Partner (BP) is a strategic role connecting our business strategy with people to ensure we achieve our goals. This BP will be aligned with our systems business unit based in LA which has an ambitious growth trajectory. The role will be working closely with VP Systems and FC Systems to ensure the mobilisation and growth of the business unit and to drive our target culture through various initiatives.
+ What will I be delivering?
  • Lead our systems people strategy that attracts, develops, motivates and retains top talent and is underpinned by our vision, ambition and culture.
  • Implement interventions and practices that continuously develop our culture and behaviors in line with best business performance and strategic plans.
  • Support the creation of people plans and the implementation within the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring employees have the skills and resources they need to achieve their objectives and developing plans for recruitment, training, and succession.
  • Coaching line managers on ways to motivate their employees and lead more effectively.
  • Ensure that leadership and management have the right information to make strategic people decisions specifically in terms of hiring and development.
  • Working with the central People Operations team to ensure there is a competitive benefits package for the organisation.
  • Working with the People Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the administrative function.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience
  • Strong understanding of people best practices and employment laws.
  • Experience in developing and executing people strategy. (desired)
  • Practice of embedding practices that drive people and performance excellence.
Technical skills and qualifications
  • SHRM accreditation (SHRM-SCP desirable), or a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business-related subject or relevant operational on the job experience.
Behavioral competencies
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
