Overview:
Our client is undergoing a process to complete an end-to-end analysis, recommendation, and implementation effort for Privacy operational improvement.
This team will include multiple Privacy Program Managers/Privacy SME’s and Privacy Tooling Experts.
This project is estimated to be a 1-2 year engagement (depending on results of assessment).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assessing current operations against current and upcoming privacy laws and regulations
• Determining current (people, process, tools) state and identifying and prioritizing activities needing improvements
• Developing a roadmap of improvement initiatives with priority, cost, individual workstream scope and inter-relationships of initiatives
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership of the client organization
• Leading the efforts to implement critical improvement activities
• Specific activities are expected around: privacy review process improvement; DPIA strategy; Cookie compliance management; privacy champ program design; tiered privacy review modeling; FAQ/content management program; stakeholder engagement modeling, communication process improvement; training strategy; metrics and reporting strategy; and SLA program design/improvement.

A successful Privacy SME Candidate will have:
Compensation Range for Privacy SME’s is $70-90/hour.

• Extensive experience in the privacy sector, preferably with clients that support products.
• Experience with end to end privacy program assessment and program design and implementation. This includes high level business process identification, organizational structuring and role definition.
• An excellent handle on current privacy laws and regulations (certification in CIPP preferred)
• Superb soft skills and an ability to work with senior leadership as well as roll up sleeves with frontline staff to complete tangible work
• 8+ years of experience, primarily in a consulting environment

A successful Lead Privacy Tooling Candidate will have:
Compensation Range for Tooling Candidates is $65-75/hour.

• A cross between privacy and technical knowledge and experience.
• Worked inside a privacy organization, focused on identifying and building technical and low code/no code solutions that improve the performance of privacy related activities.
• Direct experience in: privacy review tooling and automation; FAQ/content tooling; Jira/Confluence/Asana improvements and other tooling and automation work.
• Background as a TPM/BA and product experience a must.
• Build vs. Buy experience. One Trust cookie compliance experience a plus.
• 8+ years experience in a technical environment, ideally in consulting.
