The Opportunity
OHO is searching for an experienced project manager to be the primary point of contact for large complex website redesign projects from discovery through launch. As a natural leader, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment and excel at collaborating with clients and our internal team of strategists, researchers, designers, and developers. You will develop and execute comprehensive project plans, delegate tasks, and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, keeping deliverables on schedule.

On-time and on-budget project delivery

Ability to manage and mitigate project risks
Achieving project financial targets - profitability and hourly rate
Reliable revenue forecasts through mitigating delays in the completion of project deliverables
Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction

Effective Team Collaboration: You will ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams (strategists, designers, developers, etc.) to achieve project goals.
Clear and Consistent Communication: You will effectively communicate with clients and internal teams as it relates to managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring everyone is aligned.
Proactive Risk Management: You will identify potential roadblocks, mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
Reliable Project Plans: You will consistently maintain project plans in a timely manner and mitigate delays to project deliverables to ensure the team is fully utilized and project revenue remains on track.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, lead, and manage all phases of website projects, from concept to launch
Serve as the primary client contact
Produce weekly client status reports
Lead and set clear agendas for all internal and client meetings
Clearly understand and translate client business needs to the internal team
Cultivate and nurture valuable client relationships
Communicate openly and effectively to manage expectations
Develop and implement project plans with clear deliverables
Delegate tasks and responsibilities strategically to team members
Establish and enforce project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
Proactively manage changes in scope, identify risks, and create contingency plans
Prioritize project tasks and deliverables efficiently
Track, address, and report on project issues
Manage project budgets to achieve defined financial goals
Detailed note-taking during all internal and client meetings
Writing and presenting change orders to clients as needed

Required Experience

A proven track record of success in strategizing, planning, and executing large website projects
5+ years of client-facing digital project management experience
Digital agency experience or similar environment
Hands-on understanding of web development processes and CMS platforms in Drupal or Word Press
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Basecamp, and Kantata
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Bachelor's or Master's Degree
