The responsibilities of this position include:
- The contractor shall act as a project officer to administer and audit the PEO GCS security program for compliance with US Army regulations.
- The contractor shall, based on the most recent United States Army Acquisition Support Center (USAASC) Security audit, recommend strategies and plan path forward to mitigate identified deficiencies. This shall include identifying successful mitigation strategies, recommending a milestone schedule for approval, tracking tasks to completion, and reporting status to PEO GCS security team and management in weekly scheduled meetings.
- The contractor shall assist and prepare implementation of processes for handling, storing, and keeping records in compliance with US Army regulations.
- The contractor shall communicate and recommend to PEO GCS leadership risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges.
- The contractor shall provide recommendations for project management and accountability for security matters.
- Experience leading projects with high level of complexity.
- Experience ensuring personnel are assigned and tracking tasks to successful execution.
- Experience with audits, inspections and compliance.
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communications skills.
- Secret security clearance preferred.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Secret (Required)
- Warren, MI 48091: Relocate before starting work (Required)
