The Quality Assurance Manager oversees quality standards to ensure Canacre delivers the highest quality product and service. Duties include data analysis, managing product testing, enforcing strict adherence to Job/Project Specifications, training and coaching of new personnel and daily monitoring of all Quality factors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implementing the established Quality Standards for production and service.
• Monitoring Quality Testing and identifying gaps in testing.
• Handling Quality Reports and Closeout Documentation.

• Collecting and analyzing Quality Assurance Data.
• Working with Materials and Logistics to ensure the Quality of Materials.
• Onsite Inspections ensuring Specification obligations.
• Creating working relationships with Operating Units to facilitate continuous production deadlines.
• Utilizing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to generate Structure Folders to satisfy Client expectations.
• Applying time management skills to reduce go backs for completed Structures.
• Working in conjunction with Operating Unit’s Project Management, Superintendents and Foremen to facilitate seamless documentation handover to include but not limited to As-builts, Structure Grounds, Wire pulling data and Property Damage Reports.
• Photographing completed Structures including Restoration and Reclamation for submittal.
• Updating personnel on changes and additions to Project Book information through photographic evidence, specifications, and designs to stay abreast of Client/Industry requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or relevant Study.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance professional.
• Minimum 10 years’ management experience.
• Proven ability to effectively manage people and projects.
• Experience with global quality management and customer/supplier quality liaison responsibilities preferred.
