We’re looking for a Quote Support Officer to join our sales team for our Vari-Lite brand. Position is office based in Dallas, TX.

The Quote Support Officer duties entail analysis of customer requirements and specifications to create accurate and competitive quotes for products and services. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and company capabilities. Utilize pricing databases and software tools to calculate costs, margins, and pricing strategies for quotations. Knowledge of lighting and systems design preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Support the sales organization, internal and external, in the development or validation of deal/special price agreement/project quote ensuring completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support agent management including compliance and performance process (where required).
• Support sales and margin, and productivity gains.
• Drive for high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting customers’ sales process.
• Execute activities to improve collaboration with, internal and external, customers.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in a quotations role preferred
• Knowledge of entertainment lighting design, products and systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including databases and sales software (CRM) preferred

What you’ll get in return:

Salary: $66,000 - $88,000
Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 5%
