Socially Oriented United Living (SOUL) is actively seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our street medicine team in Los Angeles, California. We are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to individuals across various city locations.
Positions Available: 8
Requirements:

• Current RN or LVN license valid in the state of California
• Proven experience in medication administration and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory
• Medication distribution

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessments, medication administration, and implementation of treatment plans.
• Manage and administer medications safely according to physician orders and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records utilizing electronic health systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients about preventive measures, disease management, medication usage, and their treatment options.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Work hours from Monday to Friday; hours may vary based on location and patient needs. Weekend shifts are available.
