• This is a 2-year contract
• This position is 100% remote work hours 9 am 5 pm / 40 hours per week
• Preferred Skills: Attention to detail, personable and able to communicate and relate effectively with others on the phone or video, analytical skills a must-have, good written communication (email and business writing)

Required Function 1:
Required Function 1: * Oversee and conduct centralized Docusign mailing project * Test enhancements to the workflow prior to each phase or launch of the offices. * Coordinate data updates as they relate to the preparation of the project. * Prepare, send, and track client mailing to completion. * Address any inquiries regarding the mailing. * Provide management reporting and summaries on the status of the mailing. * Act as a liaison between the client-facing and operational departments to address any issues related to the mailing.
