Dreammakers Cleaning Inc. is seeking 2 reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of clients homes. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional housekeeping services. Must be able to do physical labor and a hard worker. Starting hourly wage is $12.00 plus tips. Tips are guaranteed. You will make between $16-$24/hr.Weekly paychecks. Must have own vehicle with valid drivers license, pass a drug and criminal background check. Must be able to drive to clients homes within a 15 mile radius of Johnstown. Be reliable and show up to work everyday. Hours are 8-5pm Monday through Friday. 2 half days during the week. Every evening, weekend, holiday off.
Duties
- Perform various cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
- Clean & vaccuum carpets, upholstry, and hard wood floors
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding promptly to their requests and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with other cleaning staff to ensure that all areas of the homes are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning and housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
