Job Description
A dynamic and active family and stay-at-home mom is seeking a full-time ROTA (rotational) Nanny to care for their 5-month-old baby and 3-year-old twins. This position involves alternating weekly shifts, working one week on and one week off, rotating with the other nanny. The family is looking for a nurturing and proactive individual to join them as a partner in raising their children.
The ideal nanny is energetic, active, and experienced with infants and toddlers. She will be fun and creative, and can plan engaging activities for the children. Flexibility and a willingness to travel with the family on occasional trips are essential.
Responsibilities:

Work alongside stay-at-home-mom to provide attentive care for the children, establishing routines and engaging in developmentally appropriate activities.
Plan and engage the children in age-appropriate, stimulating activities, both indoors and outdoors.
Support developmental milestones, including sensory play and early learning for the baby.
Prepare meals and snacks for the children, ensuring balanced nutrition.
Assist Mom in managing the children’s daily routines, including naptimes, feeding schedules, potty training, and bath times.
Facilitate educational and creative play, such as arts and crafts, storytelling, and physical activities, and taking the children on outings to the park and local activities.
Perform light housekeeping related to the children and helping with dishes, laundry, and tidying up especially during naps times.

Pay Rate
$30-35/hr. plus paid time off
Pets
2 cats and 2 dogs
Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6pm
Saturday to Sunday, 8am to 6:30pm
Rotational: 7 days on and 7 days off, split with other nanny.
Up to 1-2 weeks at a time, about 2-5 trips per year. Domestic and international. Must have passport.

Kensington Nanny Agency Requirements

Must have 3 or more years of recent, verifiable professional private home experience
Understanding of professional boundaries, modesty and dressing appropriately
Must be at least 21 years of age
Have a reliable car
Excellent driving record
Be drug-free
Able to swim
Have a stable work history
Speak excellent English – must read & write
Be authorized to work in the United States
Have no criminal record
Be CPR & First Aid Certified (prior to beginning work in the home)
