We are hiring a new Troweler to install high quality, rubberized playground surfaces. Each customer order is unique and crew Foremen will provide direction for each project.
Troweler Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.00/hour, depending on experience

Core Contributions:

• Prioritize your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you see something unsafe.
• Trowel mixed material into playground surface area.
• Continually check product and monitor installation process to ensure high quality.
• Set-up and clean job sites with tools and installation equipment.
• Keep area clean to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Experiences:

• Multitask in a stressful, hot, and dirty outdoor environment
• Provide own transportation to various work locations
• Lift up to 80 lbs. throughout the day
• Read and understand units of measure and perform basic math functions
• Must be safety-conscious and carry out work responsibilities in a safe manner
• Must be able to work overtime to meet operational requirements
