In this role you will be planning and processing daily shipments of HVAC accessories via Fed Ex and LTL providers. Cycle Counts and maintenance of accessory storage areas to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Role Responsibilities

Plan daily shipment of accessories via LTL providers
Load trucks with LTL loads daily using forklift and other equipment as needed
Put away accessories in assigned storage positions for indoor and outdoor storage
Put away and retrieve inventory for adequate FIFO rotation
Handle material in a way to prevent damage and scrapping of parts
Daily Cycle Counting of Accessories
Close Accessory Shipments in SAP
Maintain a clean and organized work area in office and all accessories’ locations
Close receiving loop by reviewing DART and resolving any invoicing conflicts
Receive and process OP orders in a timely manner
Maintain reports, checklists, and standard work forms
Create Manual BOL’s as needed
Cross train on RCD processing and shipping
Cross train on auditing outbound truck shipments
Support Shipping and Logistics team as requested by supervisor or management

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in receiving/shipping environments
3+ years of experience with operating a forklift

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to manage changes in conditions and to make decisions accordingly
Good communication skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Working experience with SAP
Familiar with MS Office products
Ability to operate a pallet jack and other equipment as needed for the completion of the job
Availability to work long hours and weekends when necessary
Customer and goal oriented
