WeCheck Senior Coordinator

The We Check Senior Coordinator will be a full-time position within the Independence department supporting the firm. The role will work with the team on managing the firm's compliance with using We Check, a cloud-based tool used by Forvis Mazars Global personnel to check for conflicts across the network. The individual will work with members of the firm's Independence department and Firm Technology Services to execute on this. The individual will also work directly with other personnel across the firm who are serving clients and using We Check.
How you will contribute:
- Investigate and resolve errors with the client data uploads
- Submit and track requests for new Bv D IDs, updates to Orbis, etc.
- Reroute independence checks for individuals out on sabbatical and on vacation
- Follow up on Amelio notices on control chain updates, independence checks being cancelled, etc.
- Potential monitoring over various independence processes
- Monitor We Check mailbox and respond to questions
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a relevant role required
