<Job Responsibilities>
1. Clients Relation:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide strategic consulting to support clients.
• Seek develop and maintain good relationships with current clients and potential clients.

2. Planning Execution:

• Discover consumer insight, create core ideas and develop communication strategy with wide range of client information, cooperate with another team member in the company to execute the plan. Produce communication strategy and plan that meet client’s requirements.
• The design scheme of preparation and execution of presentation for success.
• Oversee entire planning activities and maximize strengths of the company, advice on strategy, interact, service and improve the relationship with customers.
• Manage cost and timeline of each communication campaign, media plan to make sure meet cost/schedule/quality requirements from clients and give appropriate feedback to team members when necessary.
• Cooperate with other teams in the company to ensure project outputs meet deadlines and service quality.
• Utilize effective media planning tools/systems/methodologies and market research systems to provide analysis report for the Vice General Director and clients.
• Prepare report send to client after the media campaign finish
• Other tasks required by the Vice General Director

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Gender: Any
• Age: 30 - 42
• Language: Japanese - Business Level and English - Business Level
• Experience: From 4 years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales manager, or a relevant role in OOH, IMC, LCD, LED... Segment.
• Proven sales track record
