<Job Responsibilities>

• To develop and implement strategies that help the business segment (ISD) achieve its goals, increase revenue, and improve efficiency.
• To ensure the business segment (ISD) achieving the sales revenue and gross profit margin set in the Business Plan.
• To provide effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship by formulating product strategies to ensure the local sales team meets the product segment goals and objectives.
• To strategize sales activities within assigned territories, identifying potential clients through industry market research, networking, and competitor activities
• To eloquently present and showcase the value proposition of the offered products or services to clients during sales pitches, trade shows, or other opportunities.
• To cultivate and maintain new and existing relationships with customers to promote the organization's interests and ensure its success.
• To work with the Regional Business Manager / Head of Department to identify the Growth and Expansion Track (BD) and follow Business Development programs for the product segment assigned through collaborating with the related teams to promote product R&D, and identify the growth and expansion track.
• To monitor the business development process and product launch in all regions for the product segments assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Gender: Any
• Age: From 35 ~ 45
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biological Sciences, and Biomedical Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Languages: English - Business Level.
• Experience: Proven sales track records with experience in sales in the manufacturing industry for more than 3 years
• In-depth knowledge of industry processes and requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to understand and convey technical information to diverse audiences.
