<Job Responsibilities>

• Focusing on Sales Performance to achieve team targets, and contribute to the team's performance in terms of gross profit and revenue.
• Expanding market share by winning new customers, and retaining key customers to achieve Sales target
• Increase import volume contribution by approaching customers who have import demands
• Construction communication with colleagues and products team to get the smartest and most effective commercial target
• Keeping the good image of the Company in the market by a professional style of working
• Not abetting the negative behaviors that adversely affect the reputation and finances of the company. Legal aspect as compliance.
• Conducting business with the highest level of integrity and compliance.
• Attending to all queries from customers and responding on time.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: From 26 years old
• Gender: Any
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2) and English - Intermediate Level
• Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in Logistics/ Freight Forwarding fields
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Others:
• Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Good skills in Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
• Ability to work under pressure and have good teamwork and regular job rotation spirit
• Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic, and hard-working.
