<Job Responsibilities>

• 1. Admin Tasks
• Accounting related
• Collect documents/ Create payment requests
• Communicate/ Negotiate with the vendor to pay expenses in HCMC
• Communicate with HQ in Japan in English and Japanese
• Legal related
• Coordinate new contracts with HQ (only expense related)
• Control signing & stamp process (registration on a listing)
• Office general tasks:
• Manage business travel, Courier, stationery, Room key, Gift receipt, etc.
• Arrange company car schedule.
• Others requested by GD
• 2. IT
• Order electronic devices by request (PC, phone, tablet, etc.)
• Set up new electronic devices (including printer)
• Check PC problem issues for all members by case.
• Generate regular reports requested by the Manager/ IT HQ.
• Communicate with IT HQ in Tokyo by Japanese.
• Communicate with vendor.
• Other IT tasks arise in the future.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >

• Age: 24 ~ 26 is better
• Gender: Any
• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: Japanese - Business Level (At least JLPT N2) and English - Business Level
• Experience:
• - At least 2 years of experience working as an Admin Staff
• - Used to handle IT Support tasks

Pay: 15,000,000₫ - 20,000,000₫ per month
