CIRCUITRY SOLUTIONS
As a global supplier of chemical formulations to the electronics industry, we design and manufacture proprietary liquid chemical processes ("baths") used by our customers to manufacture printed circuit boards. Our product portfolio is focused on specialized consumable chemical processes, such as surface treatments, circuit formation, primary metallization, electroplate and final finishes.

Job Purpose

• To support office activity of CS Team and Bac Ninh GDAC operations
• Sales support: Logistics, warehouse managing Office jobs: Utilities, stationary
• HR jobs: Support hiring of new staff and talking care of staff welfare and queries
• Office Support: Purchasing of stationaries, utilities related

Job Responsibilities

• Support for customers purchasing order: contract, delivery and relations.
• Support technical service team
• Follow and update chemicals stocks and consumption in customers.
• Manage and keep track with the Office and Laboratory Lease Contract and related Utilities (electricity, water, hygiene, parking, air conditioning, internet), Facilities Lease Contract, working furniture and equipment, internet, including looking for the appropriate services/ contractors, negotiating for better terms, filing, and making the payment.
• Negotiate, manage and keep track with contract of car leasing, stationery, refreshment, expat’s accommodation leasing and related utilities (electricity, water, internet, etc.), air ticket, accommodation and courier.
• Order, arrange and provide the office supplies, arrange the circulation of correspondence and mail properly and well-tracked.
• Manage and coordinate activities of receiving and conveying information of Manager to the units inside and outside the Company to ensure smooth, prompt, and timely, the right subjects, accurate and confidential.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Good at multi-tasking.
• Good communication skill with Team
• Good communication skill by Vietnam (Native) and English (intermediate)
• Candidates who have related experience and knowledge is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English (Equivalent TOEIC 600 or higher), being able in other languages (Korea) is preferred.
• Good communication skills, situation handling skill.
• Be dynamic and have responsibility.
